At Fit Health into Life, our typical day begins with an early morning stretch, yoga, pilates, or resistance bands class. After breakfast, we fill our water bottles, grab our healthy snacks and lunches, and hit the hiking trails. We eat lunch on the trail and return to the hotel in the late afternoon for a massage or relaxation time before dinner. At the end of the day, we delight in our deluxe accommodations.
Rather than conduct formal lectures, we discuss healthy eating over breakfast, we navigate restaurant menus each evening before dinner, we discuss physical activity while moving our feet on the hiking trail, and we offer an interactive supermarket tour for those interested in improving the nutritional quality of the food they purchase.
